Research Grants Support High-Quality Studies
The AORN Research Grants Program supports high-quality research studies that contribute to the development of the science of perioperative nursing. AORN-funded grants promote diversity of research topics and support investigations that demonstrate scientific rigor to advance the field of perioperative nursing.
AORN is offering these research funding opportunities for 2024:
- AORN/Sigma grant: $5000 Submit a research grant application.
- Budget Proposal Form: Use this form when submitting a research grant application.
- AORN and AORN Syntegrity grants: Submit a Syntegrity grant application.
2 awards at $10,000 each for quality improvement projects for clinical documentation improvement focused on the implementation or enhancement of the Perioperative Nursing Data Set (PNDS) in your Electronic Health Record (EHR).
The grant applications will be open from April 1st through June 30th.
