Auto-Renew Terms and Conditions
AORN standard and leader memberships are available as auto-renew subscriptions with annual or monthly payment options.
With autorenewal, you don’t have to worry about remembering to renew before your membership ends. We’ll automatically charge the credit card on file on the first day of your renewal month. If you’re on an annual plan, your card will be charged on the first day after your membership term ends. This is your renewal month. If you’re on a monthly payment plan, your card will be charged on the first day of each month.
When you enroll in annual autorenewal, your membership will renew each year at the current rate for your membership type and selected chapter(s). Your renewal amount may change if your membership type, selected groups, or dues change. If this happens, we’ll notify you in advance.
At least 30 days before your annual membership renewal charge, we’ll send you a reminder email with the exact fees and charge date.
You can cancel your subscription any time before your scheduled payment. To avoid being charged, cancel by 11:59 p.m. MT on the last day of the month before your renewal month. After that deadline, your renewal payment will be processed on or after the first business day of your renewal month. For example, if your membership renews on September 1, you have until 11:59 p.m. MT on August 31 to cancel.
You can manage your membership subscription or update your payment method online from the “My Scheduled Payments” page in your AORN account. You may also contact AORN Experience Services at (800) 755-2676, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. MT, for assistance.
If you cancel your auto-renew election during your membership year, your membership will remain active through the end of your current term.
After each auto-renew payment is processed, you’ll receive an email receipt with a breakdown of dues.
A credit card on file is required. Should this card be declined, you will be notified by email and will have until the end of your renewal month to update by contacting AORN Experience Services.
All memberships are non-refundable once paid.
